Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds is a real estate fund specialised in sustainable properties and was launched in March 2014. From the very beginning, VERIT Investment Management AG was responsible as asset manager (portfolio and asset management, risk management and property purchases) for the development of the fund and also assumed fund management (ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory provisions, fund accounting and administration) for this investment vehicle in April 2017.
